Impressive slate of projects for Cagebird Productions this year

It is shaping up to be a very exciting year for up-and-coming Cagebird Productions,
which has a slate of 5 total productions in the works. Projects in development include
two motion pictures – a feature film called “Smoke Signals,” and a short film currently
with the working title “Seeds.”

Also in the works for Cagebird Productions are several television pilots, the first being
“Great Heights.” “I feel that ‘Great Heights’ is an excellent jumping off point for the
company, it is a dark comedy with quirky toned characters,” stated Cagebird
Productions CEO Alia Kruz. “We have a racial satire which is an animated series titled
‘Ann Kennelly’, and the third is a comedy series pilot which follows 4 woman in their
outrageous and ambitious attempts to land a man, the ring and all the money that
comes with it. I feel we have a strong slate for this year, and I am excited about all of
our projects and the growth of the company.”
