Adam Sandler Feature Film “Grown Ups” Acting Auditions and Casting Calls

The upcoming Adam Sandler feature film “Grown Ups” is now in pre-production and casting for actors are underway. The extras will be cast shortly. Dennis Dugan, who directed “I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry,” will be directing the Columbia Pictures project. Filming begins in late May, 2009 in Essex, Massachusetts, and will continue through late August, 2009.

Casting Directors Roger Mussenden and Jeremy Rich are seeking actors to play the following parts in the film:

A 70-to-90-year-old African-American “sassy, snippy battle-ax of a woman.”

Five-year-old twin Latino girls to play Sandler’s youngest daughter, Becky.

And 4-year-old twin boys to play James’ youngest son, Bean.
