JoJo Ryder and James Leon to executive produce new series “Lead”

Production companies JRE and 8th Gear Entertainment are now in pre-production on a brand new drama aspect television show titled “Lead”. The project is co-created and executive produced by JoJo Ryder and James Leon. The pilot episode has been written by Jaime Paglia (“Scream: The TV Series”, “Eureka”).

“Lead” will center on three different families, who all have hidden agendas to get their their family empires ahead. All three of these family businesses are in a specific sport. The set-up, lies, and misleading is all in a day’s work to win. The show is described by producers as “a drama following show with a splash of thrills”.

Casting for “Lead” will begin in mid-November, 2017 with shooting to begin in January, 2018.
