The casting directors for the upcoming Columbia Pictures feature film Pretend Wife are holding acting auditions for a boy to play Jennifer Aniston’s son in the film. 10 year old Brothers star Bailee Madison is to play Jennifer Aniston’s daughter. The movie also stars Adam Sandler and is scheduled to be released on February 11, 2011. Shooting will take place in Los Angeles and Maui, Hawaii.
Here is what the casting directors are auditioning for:
● A 7-9 year old boy who is UNDER 4’6″
● He must be able to pass for Caucasian. Any hair color is fine.
● Natural acting ability
● He can be quirky, cute, offbeat, sweet, serious.
● Candidates must be available mid February, 2010 – end of May, 2010
The most important thing about this child is that his dialog delivery should be natural, real, NOT A DISNEY OVER-THE-TOP type reading. The child is NOT required to be represented by an agent to audition.
